  • Email Address and Profile Information: Adboard uses Google OAuth 2.0 to authenticate your account. When you sign in, we access your Google account email address to manage your app session and identify your authorized access.
  • AdMob Reporting Data: Adboard accesses your Google AdMob API reporting data (such as earnings, impressions, click rates, and app performance stats) strictly to present these analytics to you within the app layout.

B. Automatically Collected Data (Third-Party SDKs)

  • Advertising ID (AD_ID): Adboard integrates the Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob) to display advertisements. AdMob collects your device’s Advertising Identifier (AD_ID) for analytics, ad delivery, and fraud prevention.
  • App Activity & Usage Data: Data regarding ad interactions (impressions, clicks) and app diagnostics are collected by third-party ad services to evaluate ad performance.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following specific purposes:

  • App Functionality: Authenticating your identity via Google OAuth and displaying your requested AdMob reporting dashboard metrics.
  • Account Management: Maintaining your active user session within the application.
  • Advertising & Marketing: Serving third-party advertisements within Adboard via the Google AdMob SDK.
  • Analytics & Fraud Prevention: Monitoring app performance and ensuring security through standard SDK tools.

3. Google API Limited Use Disclosure

Adboard's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

  • No Storage or Sale: We do not sell, rent, or transfer your Google AdMob reporting data or Google profile information to third parties.
  • Local Session Processing: Your AdMob revenue metrics are retrieved directly from Google APIs over encrypted connections and are displayed directly to you within your app session.

4. Data Sharing and Third-Party Services

We do not share your personal information except with service providers necessary to operate the application:

  • Google Mobile Ads (AdMob): Serves ads inside the app. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage metrics in accordance with the Google Privacy Policy.
  • Encrypted Transmission: All network traffic between Adboard and Google APIs or ad services is strictly encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS protocols.

5. Account and Data Deletion

Adboard uses Google OAuth 2.0 for single sign-on authentication and does not store user passwords or maintain custom user database profiles on external servers.
